Run by David Xiao, this little family farm has the best customer service and understanding of the restaurant industry, not to mention a top-notch product. Oyster & King mushrooms are grown organically with organic practices, all fuelled by David and his Father’s incredible knowledge of wild foraged produce.
Our respect for Oyster & King’s work runs deep. Now that we’ve had a relationship with David that has grown over the years, we can confirm he is a real fungi, and we can’t wait to continue to share these mushrooms with you.
