The respect we have for our friends at Flourist is immense. With edible transparency and traceability at the centre of everything they do, their work is in direct alignment with The Acorn. We consider ourselves lucky to receive all of their Canadian and organic products. 

The Acorn has worked closely with Flourist since their very early days, including the period where they were once called Grain. Flourist’s flour (say that 10 times fast) is freshly milled using old school processes on Austrian Style Mills. Their work is so incredible that Chef Devon Latte would go as far as to say that “their products changed the restaurant forever,” making huge differences (for the better) in our products. 

The grain knowledge the Flourist folks have is unbeatable, and something The Acorn has come to rely on over the years.
